It's officially summer and she made her presence known. It's super hot! I haven't felt this weather in a while. Im in the process of getting summer ready...that means eating right and hitting the gym with consistency. Yeah, I know it's a bit late but it's a process that is year round. I'm looking forward to once again spend my time off at the beach with the kiddos. What are your summer plans?

El verano oficialmente a llegado y déjame decirte que todos notaron su llegada. Esta super caliente¡ Estoy en el proceso de ponerme ista para el verano y eso significa ir a gimnasia y comer bien. Yo se que puede ser un poco muy tarde ya que el verano esta aquí....pero esto es una rutina de año completo. Voy a disfrutar de este verano con los niños el la playa.
